Welcome to Trilogy Yoga!  Our mission is to bring the community together and nurture the minds, bodies and spirits of ALL beings who are in pursuit of health, harmony and happiness. We feel yoga is a sacred practice that everyone is entitled, and thus we offer studio classes based on a sliding scale of $7-20 per class. 

What to bring, what to be mindful of:

1. ■donation for your teacher
   

2. ■mat, blanket, towel
   

3. ■water bottle
   

4. ■wear comfortable clothing
   

5. ■please arrive on time for class, doors lock 10 mins after class starts
   

6. ■refrain from wearing fragrance or perfume
